Meanwhile the Senate seat now held by Democrat Sen. Martin Heinrich will be up in 2024. So far @Center4Politics and @CookPolitical are ranking the contest "Strong D" and "Solid D" respectively.
Currently @CookPolitical has placed the race in #NM02 in the "tossup column" while @Center4Politics ranks it "Leans Democratic." Both of New Mexico's other seats as of now are considered safe for Democrats.
