Essentially constructing everything in Blender. Improved my tools so I can (nearly) one-click import everything and have it apply materials, collision etc.

Did the Shadow Man / Turok Blender tools we talked about previously, inspire you in some way to make this change in your workflow?

Definitely. I have been feeling very limited in terms of planning levels and areas as well as building them with the desired aesthetic. Also, I've filled in knowledge gaps for creating a quick and efficient workflow.

I don't know if you find this, but I'll come up with how to do something (say build a level) then wonder "is this really the best way?". I avoid it as it seems cumbersome only to find out that it is how it is best done. Knowing that I accept just getting on and doing it.
