Short answer here is that he doesn’t have one. He never did. Banning vaccine mandates is not a plan and no one really bothered to ask him for one

Does it even matter? Seems like most Virginia voters were more concerned with an imaginary CRT curriculum in schools than the pandemic. All he has to do is sign a bill banning CRT and I'm sure his constituents would be happy.
