Lifetweetin': Surprisingly solid through the intro through to the obvious intro break. Lots of love from the creators to various animation periods, obviously more budget limitation than say WFRR but it's direct to D+ so obviously.

It does seem like "2d" chip etc is the tech they were showing off in that raccoon short that was before Turning Red. Doesn't look as bad as I expected though you'd never mistake it for genuine 2d.
