Went to Florida to see the @LucyMission launch with @MaryRobinette and @therealfitz and then stopped by @NASAKennedy and met a bunch of rockets and a Dragon capsule and a T-38 and a space shuttle 🤩

That's so awesome! One of the favourite things in my house in the Lego Endeavour Space Shuttle

I really have to get back for another visit there; the last time I saw it was 1969

With any luck, the pandemic situation next April will be such that they can host an in-person Yuri's Night event again - dance party under Atlantis!

Gosh, Atlantis is pretty. Were you also able to visit the Apollo / Saturn V Center?

Not this time, alas. But I saw a Saturn V in Huntsville a few years back

I am not, by ANY stretch, a rocket scientist. That said, I was so happy and excited to hear about the Lucy mission. Contrast with the "missions" of recent for-profit launches. NASA is wonderful! ❤
