We need more information about reinfections. Sustained high transmission strongly implies a feed forward effect. Considering the trends in hospitalization and death, it seems indisputable that infections leave you more vulnerable to more severe infection.

Is possible to have more information such as median age and vaccination status on death related data? However the death may be already normalized. You should know US has 1670 cancer related deaths daily. Probably not many believe there are so many cancers…
