They don't oppose it. They oppose the federal government doing it. States can, and have, legislated their own caps. Y'all keep wasting time on non-fights. Call your state reps.

... because Republicans think States should do it, not the federal government. Example: WV caps the co-pay at $100. Legislation introduced to reduce to $25. Not everything the GOP does is nonsense. Their core ideology remains States over Federal.
