That means they vaccinated 5 million people. In the same time the US vaccinated 25.4 million people.

The point was that comparing percentages isn’t a good metric. Especially when one country is 30x larger than the other.

A country 30 times larger is likely to have thirty times as many nurses and health professionals to administer vaccines, and thirty times the resources to organise and execute the vaccine roll out
