My Fave C64 Software Houses No.2 Firebird Not as fondly remembered as other 80s publishers yet Firebird released numerous C64 greats. Bubble Bobble, Elite, The Sentinel, Samurai Warrior, Thrust, Revs & Revs+ are magnificent & Druid, IO, MicroRhythm & Rick Dangerous are ace too.

Fond memories of Gogo The Ghost from Firebird. It had a password system to access screens later in the game. A good little arcade adventure.

I vaguely remember The Sentinel being a game that was either considered utter genius or self indulgent nonsense!! I never played the game myself so can’t comment on who was correct!

I remember playing Usagi Yojimbi back in the day, and in my mind, it was like playing a cartoon. Such great graphics and gameplay for the time. Firebird were great.
