No. Unless it's child porn or w/e that's compromises the child in question, then it should not be removed. Imagine never being able to put a face on a school shooter or someone under the age of 18 who commits a crime.

Good. There is no reason anyone's identifiable images should be plastered across the internet if they're not a public figure.
