Nope, couldn't give a monkeys. For 1, it's very clear this is being orchestrated by Dom and 2, I can't imagine anyone that didn't stretch the rules a tiny bit. There are definitely bigger things to worry about.

Yes. He stopped life happening for 2 years+. And has proceeded to be economical with the truth (at the least!) about what he’s been up to.
