It’s a tough economy- families have been hit particularly hard by rising costs, especially food. We are offering struggling families FREE pizza for kid’s birthday parties or events. If you need to take advantage, message me or @BigParm4 and mention this post. It’s on us.

Bada bing. I switched over to grass fed steaks after I watched @ChefGruel on @Timcast. Ramped my seafood intake too. Feel a lot better. I also lost a bunch of weight so I’m sure that plays a big part.

My wife and just had late lunch at @CalicoFishHouse. The only crime is we missed you. She loves the fish batter (and she never does). I’m a cioppino snob and your broth and veggies and the seafood are really different and perfect.

In this turbulent political climate and the possible end of financial days it’s very important to remember that there is no such thing as a Chilean sea bass. It’s a marketing ploy by big Patagonian tooth-fish to market & upsell one of the most mild flavored fishes in the sea.

I don’t need a bureaucracy of suits to tell me what to eat. Believe it or not, I can figure that out on my own.

The alcohol breaks down fats and penetrates the meat, bringing with it the flavor from the brine. Water and fat don’t mix, so the brine alone can’t do it. The alcohol itself cooks off at 175F so it’s not present in the final product.

Is there an exchange for beer for those who don’t have/use any alcohol? Thanks!
