British PM Boris Johnson helped the world understand Rwandan dictator General Paul Kagame. According to Johnson, no asylum seeker will dare flee to UK because evil awaits. They will be dumped to Rwanda, the most vicious totalitarian state of 21st country. Scary thought indeed.

5/8The best known precedent is the case of @kizitomihigo. After his release from prison he was warned that he would be killed if he did not stop singing for peace. Despite having warned different actors of these threats, he was tortured to death in his cell on February 16 2020.

2/8 On May 30 2022, taking advantage of a public hearing, Aimable Karasira, one of those prisoners, denounced the tortures he and his fellow prisoners were currently undergoing and explained that their torturers had said they would execute them once @CHOGM2022 was over.
