I have asthma with some COPD-like findings on my PFTs, although not severe. Because I was losing salivary gland function, started on cevimeline. My pulm added Atrovent inhaler to counteract and that’s been successful for me.

We had a high temp of 55 degrees a few days ago and today it’s supposed to be 95.

Recently answered a question posed in @themednet about pulmonary hypertension in Sjogren's. Lung disease is more common in Sjogren's than people realize. Chronic cough and/or shortness of breath often deserve further evaluation.
