This was my window view just last week. Many of you reading this will get into space one day and those who do will come to see the Earth in a different perspective. One system, one planet, one species.

The speed in which private missions can prepare payloads and experiments is a huge advantage. Traditionally it takes 2-3 years to integrate a payload, but the Ax-1 team was able to produce a suite of experiments on a 6-month timeline.

Many countries are not currently involved with the @ISS, but have aspirations to send its citizens to LEO. @Axiom_Space aims to offer a platform that could open up space to all interested parties by providing new opportunities and growth potential.

Up until launch time, I felt like launching into space was a dream. The notion seemed like a far off objective for which I'd been preparing for such a long time that I felt like a child waiting for Christmas in February! #Throwback

Technology growth is one of many contributing factors to the emergence of the commercial space sector. We expect the Axiom Station to be built for magnitudes less than the #ISS due, in part, to technology upgrades and breakthroughs.

All of @Axiom_Space's private astronaut missions are a step towards operating a commercial space station. The missions help us practice working with NASA and other ISS partners, as well as, develop the market for Axiom Station.

Congrats Charlie; richly deserved!
Today, we recognize Charles Bolden. Bolden served in the Vietnam War flying over 100 combat missions, spent 14 years as an astronaut, and was the first African-American Administrator of @NASA. In 2021, NAA & @AeroClubDC presented Bolden with the Wright Brothers Memorial Trophy🏆

Gravity on Earth is a wonderful thing, but the ability to take it out of the equation in space, from a scientific standpoint, is a unique opportunity for building and creating microgravity products in a different way that can benefit everyone back here on Earth.
