Those who are still members of @YesCymru, or are thinking of rejoining now things have settled down and we have more focused people at the helm, what are the top 3 things you want to see Yes Cymru focus on this year? (Consider this an open source membership ideas list) Diolch

To start off my three are 1. Organisation of marches and meet-ups as restrictions are lifted. 2. Must have a massive improvement in social media output. 3. High street stall teams in multiple locations getting out all across Wales, spreading the word by talking to people.

I've only ever been asked "can we afford it?" So: 1 finance 2 finance 3 finance (semi-serious!)

Yeh research into prospective economy of an indy Wales is key to unlocking more support

1) Wrecsam march, then more! 2) Overhaul membership system; actually send renewal reminders 3) No renewal of BAK contract, they've stolen a living that's cost YesCymru a King's ransom. Audit of procurement process of initial contract. That's just 3, YesCymru has loads to do.

That's 3 priorities before anyone jumps on me, not necessarily the main 3 but 3 crucial areas of improvement imo. Commissioning of research around economy and myth busting. Platforming of the political parties visions of #indywales , as its them who'll govern an indy Wales.

I think getting people on board the Soc media who are knowledgeable on different issues. Teaching members how to interact with non members (most Unionists are not bad people). Set up of website where each member gets to join, with forums, easy accessible links to info etc

Fyi, I'm going to make a record of these suggestions and pass it on to the new directors 馃憤

Another edition of the newspaper - SOON - it was so effective and, although it was a lot of work to distribute, we got our message into 20%(?) of the dwellings in Cymru. Next time lets make it 33% And 50% the time after And then 100%!

Maybe we could look at the feasibility of having a leaflet with bullet point financial info and concise info on how to join YC, mailed to every business and home

Most people tell me we can't afford it. I direct them to the economy of Wales. Let's tell people what we actually produce and what we contribute to the economy. Some think we live in caves. We need to promote wales on what we can achieve without Westminster interference.

"A cave?! You're lucky! I grew up in a Welsh desert. The sun burn meant I could never sit down or feel the touch of parental care." "Parents?! You're lucky...."
