DPD is asking for the public’s assistance locating Mr. Marvin Brackeen.
Mr. Brackeen is described as a 73-year-old, gray-haired, blue-eyed, white male who stands at approximately 5’8 tall and weighs about 140 pounds.
On July 2, 2022, at approximately 4:00 p. m., he was last seen on foot at 13959 Skyfrost Dr. wearing a red shirt, blue jean pants, a ball cap and cowboy boots. He may be confused and in need of assistance.

On 6/30, @DallasPD responded to a call at 9500 block of Wickersham Rd. Officers found Jamiah McCoy, 19, with a gunshot wound. DFR took the victim to a hospital where she died. Another female victim, 30, was also shot. She is in stable condition.

With the help of the DPD Explosive Ordnance Squad we put that firework just inside a watermelon to show you the damage it could do.
The DWI Squad will be conducting a DWI initiative during the July 4th weekend. Officers will be working throughout the City of Dallas in those areas where high volumes of DWI offenses and accidents have occurred.

(1/3) On June 30, 2022, Dallas Police Fugitive Unit arrested Michal Ford, 36, on multiple warrants.
In addition to a parole violation, Ford is charged with four felony counts of Theft of Property, two counts of robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
(2/3) Ford and Nakemia Bryant, who was arrested previously, are charged after stealing a total of five Amazon trucks earlier this year; one in January, one in February, and three in March. During one incident, the pair assaulted the driver.
(3/3) Since the truck offenses, Dallas Police have been searching for Ford.
Today, a Crimestoppers tip lead the Fugitive Unit to Ford’s location, and along with Dallas Police patrol officers, took Ford into custody.
Ford was taken to the Dallas County Jail.
