I would urge Muslims not to go on the mainstream media to talk about the Salman Rushdie attack. There is no way that we can come out of a media appearance without being trapped one way or the other. Remember, we have the right to remain silent.

Only problem is GLL who currently run leisure services in Tower Hamlets are a not for profit charitable social enterprise. So not a big ‘evil’ profit making private company as @LutfurRahmanTH wrongly suggests! 🤦♂️

Rishi Sunak is no Margaret Thatcher. He imposed a new social care tax, on line tax, excess profits tax. He upped National Insurance, made many Income tax payers pay a higher rate and hiked business tax rate by 31%. As candidate he tries to rebrand as a tax cutter!
