A nasty attack on @alexhallhall, who represented the Govt's policy on Brexit when in post (if she personally opposed it, that's irrelevant for a CS), and since leaving has emerged as an insightful political commentator showing considerably more knowledge of Brexit than Gardiner.
Latest anti-Brexit propaganda from a former bureaucrat who was "Brexit Counselor" at the British Embassy in DC while opposing the policies of her own government. Her actual knowledge of Brexit issues was practically zero. One of worst appointments in British diplomatic history.

Absolutely correct. I will tell the Taoiseach tomorrow that Irish Government has a clear choice. Either uphold the core principles of Belfast/Good Friday agreement & principles of consent & consensus or support current protocol which undermines all of this. They can’t have both.

Like. It should be painfully apparent to anyone who is actually observing the situation in Stormont with a modicum of objectivity, that far from preserving the stability forged by the GFA, the Protocol is actually actively undermining it.

If you can't admit that the ultimate cause of the current problems in NI is the particular form of Brexit that was chosen (very deliberately) by the UK Government, unsurprisingly 'solutions' that are being proposed by Brexiteers do nothing to resolve the underlying difficulties
