I'm utterly disgusted & gobsmacked, a 2nd time within 2 minutes, having just seen Telegraph front page, on papers review, referring to the "NHS" Test and Trace having being a waste of cash. NHS? NHS? Utter lies, designed to bring NHS into more disrepute
