Vietnam veteran Robert says @LASDHQ deputies dropped him off at the VA and left Wednesday. He slept outside that night in his wheelchair after deputies threw away his belongings and cheered he was going to get housed. @SpecNews1SoCal
Deputies from @LASDHQ are helping this Vietnam veteran pack up his belongings and get to the VA, because he needs medical treatment. The deputies say beds are available and they hope this is the first step to getting him into shelter or housing.
