Let's assume that each plant has a cost+installation of 50€ and it requires maintenance of 10€/y/tree then then the cost is 1000€/ton. How off are these numbers? @KarstenCapion

No maintenance would be 200€/ton Plantation cost with no maintenance must be 12€/tree to reach 50€/ton Is this realistic?

I have no knowledge of the cost of planting trees in Congo, but I would assume the numbers you state here are much too high.
