Launched in October 2020, the “Let’s Make it Green” campaign planted 10 million trees across Saudi Arabia in just six months. Using native trees that require little irrigation, planting efforts were sustainable and well-adapted to local conditions.

All 13 regions across the Kingdom were targeted for the campaign, with the highest numbers of trees planted in Eastern Province, Madinah, and Makkah.

في اي المناطق تمت زراعة الاشجار في المنطقة الشرقية؟ ربما لم يتم التركيز الكافي على تغطية هذا العمل الجبار اعلاميا ليتعرف المواطن ويستفيد من هذا الزيادة الكبيرة في المساحة الخضراء.

Tree plantation in Makkah and Madina is the need of time but it is also necessary to plant tree species in between both cities. Roadside plantation work of at least 10 lines on both sides of road at 7x7 plant to plant Spacing should be carried out.
