In Missouri, a state legislator has already proposed empowering the state Attorney General and other law enforcement officers to interrogate people suspected of having sex in Missouri, including residents of other states paying us a visit.
In the draft opinion striking down Roe v. Wade, pp. 31-32, Justice Alito also seems to directly put two more precedents in peril:
Lawrence, granting the "right to engage in private, consensual sexual acts," and
Obergefell, granting the "right to marry a person of the same sex."
