Over the last 60 years @TheDemocrats have authored and passed into law lots of legislation benefitting every day American such as Medicare for instance. Republicans fought against Medicare and have authored zero in 60 years. Why do people vote for #Republicans?

I find that #Resist tweeters with 100's of thousands of followers develop almost a cult-like following where even when they post something inaccurate their followers will attack you for attempting to set the record straight.

Trump is RECKLESS. With the law, with others, with money, with his business & with our Country. Mostly he is reckless with what is the truth, if he ever even is willing in his own mind to acknowledge the truth. To him,the truth is whatever he wants to MAKE it. TFG has no remorse.

Couldn鈥檛 agree more. Until they indict Trump for the crimes he committed, DOJ will forever be playing on Trump鈥檚 playing field. Trump can take advantage of (even manipulate) the civil litigation process in ways unavailable to him once he鈥檚 a defendant in a criminal case.
Judge Cannon is clearly wrong, but she鈥檚 a sideshow now that the Court of Appeals has lifted her injunction with respect to the classified documents. On the eve of her stupidly extended deadline, DOJ should indict Trump and render her delays and game playing moot.

People use the reasoning when explaining the delay that the DOJ needs an airtight case against TFG before indicting him. I don't disagree with that. What is not airtight about his theft of SCIF level national security data, his refusal to return it all, and his reckless storage?

It doesn鈥檛 matter whether Ginni Thomas 鈥渂elieves鈥 in the big election lie. She can believe in Santa and believe that Lucky Charms are magically delicious. It gives her no right to overturn an election based on beliefs instead of facts.

We're getting "lost in the weeds" I fear with the Judge Cannon nonsense. The fact is he stole SCIF level top secret data yet still isn't arrested. Focus people...focus.

As you can probably gather I'm at my wits end with the lack of justice for criminal Donald. He had SCIF level intel in unsecured locations yet the DOJ negotiated with him for their return? GTFOH

The DOJ apologists are saying that nothing will happen to TFG before the November elections. What will be their excuse months after the election?

He stole SCIF LEVEL top secret government data and stored them in unsecured locations at his resort with many unvetted guests and employees. The DOJ negotiated for their return which is an insult and he didn't return it all. How much more "air tight" does this case need to be?

At what point do the Garland and DOJ apologists stop with their speculative excuses as to why TFG isn't arrested yet? 6 months from now? A year from now? Never?

#RealityWinner shared one document to WARN AMERICANS Russia was messing with our 2016 election. ONE DOCUMENT TO WARN US. Her: ONE to warn. Him: 11,000 FOR SALE. American justice remains an oxymoron.
Can we stop pretending there isn't a separate set of laws and a different justice system for the wealthy and the well connected? Would we still be roaming free had we stolen that much top secret documents?

It's a travesty of justice that TFG hasn't been charged, arrested, and held without bail as a flight risk for putting our national security at risk with the stolen top secret data in unsecured locations.

So Judge Dearie (the special master tasked w/reviewing the docs Trump stole from the govt) refused to play Trump鈥檚 games, telling him (in substance) to put up or shut up. Now Cannon swoops back in & says (in substance), Trump doesn鈥檛 have to put up & Judge Dearie should shut up.

Judge Cannon is turning out to be just another one of TFG's attorneys.
