First of all, I'm quite surprised to learn that somehow, magically, these 911 call records weren't lost. Secondly, let's not forget that these are 3rd grade students, 9 or 10 year olds, who are making these calls.

So 19 officers stood in the hallway by the classroom door with the shattered window, waiting for 30 minutes while Ramos fired hundreds of rounds, listening to children die.
There were more officers standing outside the classroom than children who died inside.

Today at the Girls 3A State Golf Tournament at The River Valley Golf Course in Adel, the average score on hole 18 was a quadruple bogey.
No, the golfers weren't bad, but this had to have been the most unfair pin placement I've ever seen. This slope gave the athletes no chance.

A child at Robb Elementary repeatedly called 911 during the hour the gunman was inside, per press briefing just now. Gunshots could be heard over the line. "Please send the police now," the child asked.
