He is talking about making sure houses are no longer built like touch paper. This is way more than instinctual need, this is real design need found in a sane modern society.

REMIND ME Mr Mogg wasn鈥檛 it a Tory council that signed off the value engineering on and inspected and declared Grenfell Tower safe to habit - shouldn鈥檛 there have been some acknowledgment of that! OR that it鈥檚 a Tory donor who鈥檚 product went up in flames like a giant match!

All the focus seems to have been on the cladding. The real culprit was the exothermic isocyanate wall insulation. Most deaths were caused by cyanide poisoning. Methyl isocyanate was the cause of the world's largest industrial disaster: Bhopal. sciencedirect.com/topics/med鈥
