Unfortunately for Trump and his allies, completely losing your shit is generally not an effective legal defense to felony criminal charges

Soros donated $1 million dollars to @ColorOfChange, a group that supports supports progressive prosecutors. @ColorofChange later spent some money supporting Alvin Bragg But the idea that Bragg has significant connections to Soros is bunk

How was the indictment "manufactured"? It wasn't Bragg who decided to pay Stormy Daniels $130,000 in hush money and then falsify business records as part of the cover-up.
It is beyond belief that District Attorney Alvin Bragg has indicted a former President and current presidential candidate for pure political gain. Arresting a presidential candidate on a manufactured basis should not happen in America.

This is a really good point. Why should prosecutors waste their time with presidential candidates falsifying business records to conceal 6-figure hush money payments when they could be prosecuting people for a stealing a bottle of Tylenol?
Eric Trump: I went into literally CVS yesterday and you can’t buy Tylenol because it’s locked behind these glass counters… but yet their attention is going after Donald Trump

At least Bragg got more votes than his opponent. That's something Trump has never done in a general election.
Alvin Bragg's indictment of the former President is a petty act by somebody who was elected with 211,000 votes. His charge doesn't actually exist in the law, and even if it did, it would be beyond the statute of limitations. invidious.fdn.fr/watch?v=ybEfeC1C…

NOTE: You'll hear a lot of people say that charging someone with falsifying business records in New York as a felony is abnormal and Bragg is resorting to a novel legal theory to get Trump. This is false. FELONY CHARGES FOR FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IS QUITE COMMON IN NY

Do Trump supporters actually believe Trump didn't have an affair with Stormy Daniels? Or are they just are cool being lied to repeatedly?

Pence's view is that presidential candidates should be EXEMPT FROM CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS?
PENCE: "I think the unprecedented indictment of a former President of the United States on a campaign finance issue is an outrage."

Yes, it is sad that the former president funneled 130K in hush money through a shell company to a woman who says she had an affair with him in order to keep the information from the public before election day, then falsified business records to try to cover his tracks
This happened in America. Sad day for our country.

11. On October 25, 2016, two weeks before Election Day, Daniels' attorney told Cohen that he was canceling the deal and Daniels would shop her story to media outlets This was dire Daniels' story would go public AND she could also reveal Trump's botched pay-off effort

12. Had the truth emerged in October 2016, it could have played a decisive role in an election determined by about 70,000 votes across a handful of states Instead, Cohen drew down 130K from a home equity credit line & transferred it to a shell company which paid Daniels' lawyer

13. There was a great deal of effort to obscure Trump's involvement with the payment. In the non-disclosure agreement itself, Trump was referred to by a pseudonym, David Dennison (DD). A separate side agreement identified Dennison as Trump. popular.info/p/why-stormy-da…

14. A few days later, Trump won the presidency. Trump and Cohen then conspired to hide the reimbursement for Cohen's payment to Daniels. Cohen submitted fake invoices to the Trump Organization. Trump himself signed the checks.

16. Now, it's up to Bragg's office to prove that this scheme was a violation of New York law. We do not yet know the details of the charges or how Bragg will make his case But Trump's conduct was not unmeaningful, and efforts to hold him legally accountable are not outrageous.

17. Trump schemed to conceal relevant information from the voting public in the days before the election, engaged in an elaborate coverup, and then lied about his involvement. This deceit may have changed the course of history. popular.info/p/why-stormy-da…
