The lack of understanding of the on the ground realities in NI by @SpeakerPelosi is extraordinary. The NIP issue is a hugely nuanced one and simply conflating the GFA and NIP in this way, while it may be good politics in the US is profoundly destabilizing in Northern Ireland.
The Good Friday Accords are the bedrock of peace in Northern Ireland and a beacon of hope for the world. Ensuring there is no physical border between the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland is necessary for upholding this landmark agreement, which transformed Northern Ireland.

If that is what you mean (or in fact regardless) I would disagree. The pro unionist parties won 40% of the vote and pro republican 39%.
The people of Northern Ireland want a government and structures to improve their economy and country. That is clearly within the UK.
