You can tell a lot about a person & their upbringing by how they treat others esp cleaners, security guards, supermarket staff and waiters/waitresses.

Not once.
Thatโs how you know he doesnโt believe he did anything wrong and thatโs why the endless apologies are performative and not genuine.
