If this Congress doesn’t limit the filibuster and pass voting rights, pass criminal justice reform and codify Roe v Wade, why have a majority?!?

At this point I don’t see any other choice. We have to look at what happened with the Rs when they tried to pull out of something with massive public support. They couldn’t. Have to worry what they do if they gain majority but fck it.

Bc the Rs played the long game with the courts they scales of justice are unbalanced. The policy the Ds set forth will come down to court challenges if they don’t use the majority they have now. Even with the historic judicial appointments made by this admin so far. IMO
