As the high-profile heart attack deaths continue, remember: “The spikes in heart attack deaths have tracked with surges of COVID infection—even during Omicron…The data showed the increase was most significant among individuals ages 25-44…” cedars-sinai.org/newsroom/co…

As the evidence suggesting Covid deranges the immune system mounts, the distraction begins. We get articles carefully explaining why the scientists are wrong, mass infection is fine, the long-term outlook is sunny, & we will simply pretend it’s not scary as we reinfect ourselves.

Oops, no one tell them Covid affects every organ system, and MULTIPLE THINGS DO GO WRONG. The disconnect is incredible.

So weird how Covid deaths increased 44% last week, & new Covid hospital admissions are sitting at the 4th highest rate of the pandemic, but the Biden administration is moving forward with this anyway. Nothing matters and truth is dead. cnbc.com/2023/01/30/biden-ad…

Deaths are skyrocketing while the West pretends nothing is wrong. “A spike in the number of deaths in recent weeks has disrupted funeral arrangements and put mortuaries under unprecedented stress.” 20% increase from a year ago, & higher than 2021. irishexaminer.com/news/arid-…

This administration let Immunocompromised patients walk around thinking Evusheld was still effective. The general public doesn’t even KNOW the high-risk lost all their tools. If you think they’re going to tell YOU when you’re in danger, think again.

Entirely predictable.
Replying to @DFisman
It is pretty predictable that we’ll see papers in 5-10 years talking about a linkage between immune disregulation from sars-2 and cancer risk. Maybe it won’t take that long

The international Covid situation seems to indicate things are worse, not better.
Sweden, that darling of those who raged against public health measures, has set a new pandemic record.

While western countries, including the U.S., are literally DROWNING in Covid, the Biden administration continues to pretend the US is exempt. It’s criminal.
COVID cases in the UK increased by 52% in just nine days: 20 January: 83,332 22 January: 91,470 24 January: 104,964 26 January: 115,920 28 January: 123,265 29 January: 126,760 The NHS cannot cope with this.

The novel pandemic virus we refuse to take action to prevent is still a leading cause of death among children and adolescents. We’re STILL going to ignore it, while it maims & murders future generations. forbes.com/sites/ariannajohn…

THIS is why I have lost hope. Progress and change is impossible when we don’t share the same truths and live in the same realities. People won’t be allowed to hear about the threats that may distract them from producing. We are governed by corporations. It’s over. That’s a wrap.

Almost a year and a half after I started this thread, & to the surprise of no one: “…While the uninsured will have to pay for those expenses in their entirety.” The cruelty is the point.

We had a small window of opportunity to teach the public how to survive the pandemicene by embracing public health measures, but corporations rapidly put a stop to it. Anti-public health movements are winning. The current pandemic will grow, & the next pandemic will flatten us.

Media & pop culture are strongly promoting anti-public health views & behaviors. Public health measures are criticized. Media no longer covers Covid. The American brand: “We aren’t sick, show us your smiles!” Future generations won’t survive this, & it’s ALL about money.

When mass disease is normalized, and everyone is always sick, literally ANYTHING can sneak in, and we won’t know until it’s already too late.

Why are we ending the Covid emergency when the high-risk have no tools left, and the virus is still rapidly mutating? It’s difficult to see this as anything but a coordinated & controlled culling.
🤦🏻‍♂️Wait, why are we ending #COVID emergency again? “An abrupt end to the emergency declarations would create wide-ranging chaos and uncertainty—for states, for 🏥 & doctors’ offices, and, most importantly, for tens of millions of Americans” says @WhiteHouse whitehouse.gov/wp-content/up…

Despite ALL the data proving SARS-CoV-2 damages brains and causes high rates of neurological & psychiatric problems among survivors, mainstream media won’t stop blaming the pandemic (in the past tense) instead of the virus. The gaslighting is EPIC. thehill.com/changing-america…

The public was successfully tricked into believing things have dramatically improved, when in fact, they have not. This isn’t going to magically stop. It’s going to get worse. Endless unmitigated mass (re)infection is THE official policy.
Replying to @LauraMiers
A “record number of workers” have been calling out sick for 2 years now. The public is still CONSTANTLY hearing “No one wants to work.” We’re disabling everyone, while media gaslights us—referring to the pandemic in the past tense & pretending there’s no threat.
