Great to see progress on our Minister Deirdre Hargey's plan to make it easier for people with a terminal illness to get financial support. We're committed to supporting people & families during this difficult time to ensure they don't face any extra stress or anxiety over money.

Schools aren’t in the business of excluding children. They want children at their desk, learning. I’m glad the Department has pulled back from the approach of confrontation & exclusion But so many questions unanswered and schools still not properly supported by public health
The Department of Education has revised a controversial instruction which directed that older children should be refused entry to primary schools if they decline to wear a mask without medical reason rte.ie/news/ireland/2021/120…

🚒Next week Sinn Féin is bringing a Motion to the Dáil to support and fully resource Dublin Fire Brigade. The service is at crisis point due to staff shortages and lack of resources which is unacceptable. Back our Motion.

The real story today is one of absolute failure to plan and manage by this government. Their pattern of yo-yoing in and out of crisis is devastating for workers, businesses, for people's mental health and it's NOT an acceptable way to do government. – @MaryLouMcDonald #Covid19
