Here are the values and movement of the hand position. It's rather simple, but you can get really nice results just by following these!
pos X, Y: all arm rotation + foreshortening of the upper and lower arm(use yourself as a reference)
angle Z: hand rotation, lower arm rotation

Can you show us what parameters did you used? Especially the XY movement of the hands, are there several parameters for rotation of the different parts of the arm, or only one parameter for X and one for Y?
