The canals are immediately one of my favourite hotspots in Groningen! During Winter, grab a hot drink and take a walk along the canals. In Summer, grab some food (Mr. Dam's Bánh Mì for example) and drinks, and find yourself a place next to it to enjoy the sun and the view!

If restaurants/bars will open again, I will definitely plan a date in Cappuvino as soon as possible, which is located on the Vismarkt and one of my favourite wine bars in Groningen. Good drinks and bites, and I recommend trying to get a spot on the roof terrace during Summer!
