My friend's son left a job that paid $10/hr to one that was $15/hr and then again to one that's $19/hr. And he's 18 years old. Without rent or utilities or childcare to pay for. What these companies want their employees to accept is ridiculously laughable & sad at the same time.
Employers complaining about a “labor shortage” should take a long look in the mirror.
It could be that you’re just a terrible employer.
