We got our Labrador from the SPA Refuge near Saintes. They had over a hundred dogs. So if you live anywhere near there please visit and choose one. They have all shapes and sizes. The adoption process is very easy.

The SPA in Saintes was very good. It is a rescue centre of industrial scale. You give them a cheque for €60 and if you don’t bring the dog back within 3 weeks they cash the cheque and you keep the dog.
