Hopefully this judge realizes #AnimalAbuse is a #felony and takes the case in front of him seriously and follows the law.
‼️ I know the lady who was taking the abuse video & she is telling me all that was said at the Court. The judge has dogs & put electric shock collars on them HE said because they need to be punished : So when they bark he shock them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
