Solidarity to all our members who are taking strike action over plans to remove them from the Teachers' Pension Scheme. Teachers have been threatened with the sack if they refuse to accept new contracts with downgraded pensions.

All our members @BannermanHigh want is to be able to get on with their jobs free from the threat of violence and abuse at work.
@GlasgowCC needs to address pupil behaviour & take responsibility.
We are warning @GlasgowCC that we will have no option but to consider strike action @BannermanHigh if action is not taken to address violent & disruptive pupil behaviour & protect the safety of our members.
