Invented the Trade Machine. Knows salary+ CBA inside and out. Comes up with stuff no one else would think of - once turned cap space, 47th/60th picks in a draft into Landry, Stauskas, Jason Thompson and the #1 pick in the next draft. True BB genius in a world of a lot of fakers
What makes him a good candidate?

This sounds exactly like how a lot of us talked about Rosas when he was hired. Doesn’t mean he won’t he good, but it’s something that must be noted.

Rosas was great bb wise, very high success rate. Just couldn't keep it in his pants.

I think he cut off Rosas from his trade ideas during the conflict. About to get an ocean swell of possible moves coming up here.

That's what I'm wondering. What if we truly have released the caged lion on this Simmons trade.

Not to trivialize the Rosas fiasco, but it's at least a silver lining that it didn't end up to be owner meddling. This is still the best combination of roster, coaching and FO the franchise has ever had. They need to simply stay out of the way and let Finch,Gupta etc. work -reMon

if anything, this is an encouraging example of ownership meddling in the right way. This all basically went down the way it has because Lore specifically was like, this is not how people are going to treat each other on my team

From what I’ve heard everybody likes him also. Not just in the wolves office but around the league. No fake “we’re all family” stuff, just an actual regular nice guy running things and he also happens to be super smart
