US Capitol complex was closed to the public on Jan. 5 because of Covid restrictions — that’s why it would have been abundantly obvious when tour groups passed through places like Statutory Hall or the Rotunda.

It's actually worse than that. Loudermilk on a committee that told the 1/6 committee that no tours had been given... then he went on to open ethics complaints against Democrats who said they saw tours being given.
