Those seeking to self-identify and acquire a certificate of gender recognition. Should if found guilty of an imprisonable offence, be provided with accommodation in a female establishment, only if, the couch and two armchairs have been taken to the tip and replaced by a hammock!

Offer the sugary for 'free' prior to incarceration and let's test true commitment, shall we! Signing a total disclaimer of liability that they never intend to change their minds. No compensation if they do, as this is a once-in-a-lifetime gig!

I've replied no on the assumption that transitioned doesn't always mean no male parts. If it does, then it's up to the authorities to carry out due diligence re threat to women.

It depends on the extent of transition - perhaps they could be kept in a separate wing.

It's not a binary question As much as many would paint it to be so.

No BUT yes if he has had his penis cut off and a vagina has been 'fabricated'

This should be decided by the Complex Case Boards for each case. Everyone’s safety is important including the prisoner. Why assume they will be a danger to women prisoners without any other information?

I’ve answered No, but it’s more nuanced than yes no maybe. Not paying council tax, tv licence is very different from domestic abuse, stalking any sexual violence or murder

Fully transitioned - as in male genitalia removed, then I vote yes on that basis. Anything else, then no.
