Every working person should #JoinAUnion Some are general unions for any worker, others for a particular profession (like us) or for particular sectors (e.g. transport), or nations, or even employers. The important thing is that people join an independent trade union.

'The NHS stands proudly with the @RMTunion'- then it should be privatized immediately. British taxpayers don't pay you to campaign for left-wing causes.

Air Con on our train wasn’t working. People were baking. Train attendant was notified, got it fixed and also gave the carriage free water. Just one small reason why trains need well paid staff available en route for our safety and why I support the @RMTunion strikes ✊🏼

Helped elderly/disabled passengers to light and alight trains
Helped with connections for delays
Helped keep people hydrated in this exceptional heat
But trains don't need to be manned either, they can go without any crew 👍
