I couldn't sleep last night trying to remember who taught me the "cringe release" advice. I remembered they were brilliant, just a tad shy, but with charisma for days. I also thought it might have been at DerbyLobbyCon. Now I know for 100% sure. It was @IanColdwater.

One of the greatest things my gal ever taught me : In your mind; I'm doing a crap job and everyone is thinking that it'll be too soon before they see the last of me. In their mind; What am I going to cook for dinner tonight? What's on TV? Hope my kid wins this weekend.

our biggest enemy is ourselves. Once you learn to tune people out and not give a fuck about what others think thats when you become DANGEROUS, remember we are all fucked up, everyone has problems
