Power cuts in #Lebanon have impacted everyone, but have been especially dangerous in the country’s hospitals and health facilities.
To help, RI has installed #solar panels at the health facilities it supports, limiting the amount of time these buildings go without power.
Last year, RI provided over 853,000 health consultations to people across the Upper Nile region of South Sudan.
This vital work is made more difficult by extreme flooding that disrupts supply lines, patient referrals and staff movement.

The Gyapa Project provides clean, fuel efficient cookstoves to families, cuts carbon emissions, reduces deforestation, and has created over 600 jobs for local people.
