With soaring inflation and prices at the pump, it’s long past time to set aside the political rhetoric against the federal oil & gas leasing program and simply follow the law. I joined my Wyoming colleagues in urging Sec. Haaland to defend these permits: cheney.house.gov/2022/07/27/…

Respectfully Congresswoman, why did republican oppose the excess profit bill placed on oil conglomerates? You realize they are banking record profits during these difficult times.

Gas has been falling for 45 days in a row. What kind of 2nd quarter profit did the fossil fuel giants make? True energy independence is solar and battery storage….locally. OR wind, hydro, geothermal….or other PLUS battery storage.

Sorry, Liz. This is where I get off. How about you get your partymates to vote against price gouging by oil companies or taxing profits in the 90th percentile?

Big oil companies are extreme price gouging people. Exxon made RECORD profits in the 2nd quarter. Up 276% over last year. A whopping $17.6 billion dollars in profit. Making $2,245.67 every SECOND. Take away their subsidies & tax their windfall profits. Every driver gets a rebate
