Zur Razzia: Das Unternehmen Vonovia gesteht eigene Versäumnisse ein, um im gleichen Zug ehemalige Manager dafür verantwortlich zu machen. Risiko für Vonovia: alle Nebenkostenabrechnungen der letzten Jahre sind rechtswidrig und die Öffentlichkeit bekommt das jetzt mit.

Hintergrund: BGH Urteil, dass Mieter ein Kontrollrecht für alle Originalbelege der Nebenkostenabrechnung haben. Bei Vonovia fiel auf, dass viele Belege von Tochterunternehmen kommen. Plötzlich legte Vonovia keine Belege mehr vor um ein Präzedenzfall zu vermeiden.

Stattdessen ließ Vonovia es zu, dass Mieter die Nebenkostenabschläge nicht bezahlten, ohne die säumigen Vermieter zu verklagen. Nach der Razzia liegt es nahe, dass Bewegung in die Sache kommt. Bei Straftaten gelten lange Verjährungen. Muss Vonovia Nebenkosten zurückzahlen?

So basically the government paid nothing and he could keep the money for going to war. Today it’s still the same system and it gets worse. After GFC 2008 government invented short Labor. Basically government pays wages for workers in corporates that struggle.

Corporates took the money and stoped firing under-performing employees cuz government pays their wages anyway and dismissal protection laws are very strict in Ger. Reserves of social insurance of unemployment money of 26b are now gone, paid to corporations, who pay dividends.

Remember this was money by other workers not tax money or anything else. And here you see the declining trials in labor court for worker’s compensation after dismissals. Corporates just stopped firing people… So please don’t trust your local government with social insurance. 😀

Germany has a pension calculator done by the government. The maximum amount you can get is 2161,20€ a month. You could not pay your rent now but less in 20 to 30 years. But they deduct 18,6% from your salary to gain pension rights. It’s a tax and not social security.

Best S&P rating for Germany based on the incredible amount of real estate and the Autobahn state of Germany owns. If in a dept crisis it turns out that Germany will rather make more dept than use privatization the rating is gone. Credit-worthiness of Union depends on🇩🇪 end of💶

S&P cuts France's rating outlook to 'negative'. Europe and rating agencies will be the follow-up topic after dept excess. European Union tried to establish European based rating agencies but did not succeed. It was a desperate move anyways.
