Despite Starbucks’ vehement anti-union campaign, three more stores, Sheridan & Bailey, Walden & Anderson, and Depew, filed for union elections with the NLRB today! We are well on our way to winning the first unionized Starbucks store in the US.

Unions help level the playing field for working families — which is why some companies fight so hard to keep their employees from joining one. The #PROAct would put a stop to their intimidation and scare tactics. Thanks to @SBWorkersUnited for sharing their stories with me.

In my view, Starbucks — a company with record-breaking profits of over $8 BILLION this quarter alone — can absolutely afford to negotiate with its workers in good faith. Join me and Starbucks workers in Buffalo, NY on Monday to discuss why they're organizing to join a union.

If unions don't make a difference in the lives of working people, as Starbucks claims, then why are they spending so much time, energy and money to prevent their workers from unionizing? @SBWorkersUnited abcnews.go.com/Business/wire…

What we love about Starbucks, that our union will protect: - our coworkers - making people's days better - crafting exquisite coffee beverages What we do not love about Starbucks: - union-busting

The Starbucks partner who wrote this is a highly principled person and courageous leader. Why aren't the 3 top execs claiming to "support" Buffalo responding to partners about assault in the workplace? They were never here to support -- they are here to disrupt & spy.
A pro-union partner asked us to share this (still) unanswered email sent to Starbucks corporate representatives. “It seems executives have time to send anti-union emails out but don’t have time to respond to genuine partner concerns.”

NEW: Starbucks continued its union-busting campaign in Buffalo over Thanksgiving weekend. Company execs monitored stores all weekend, then sent messages accusing the union effort of “exhausting” and dividing workers. They also urged them to vote no on the union.

We have the same question!
I'm proud to stand with @SBWorkersUnited in their fight for decent wages and decent working conditions. Starbucks is raking in record profits in 2021. They are not a struggling company. So why are they working so hard to defeat workers' efforts to form a union?

Caught on audio, a Starbucks district manager makes fun of Buffalo while telling her staff that she’s being sent to fight our union. Buffalo may not be Rockefeller center, but at least we’re a union town. (PS—anyone would be lucky to call themselves a Bills fan)!

Starbucks executives say it should be up to the employees whether they want a union. But Starbucks has mounted one of the most intense & aggressive anti-union efforts I've ever seen to pressure its Buffalo workers to vote against the union.

In an extraordinary move, Starbucks has flooded its Buffalo stores with multiple managers from around the country, including the president of its North American operations, to keep a very close eye on what pro-union workers say & do

According to Starbucks, union-busting is socially irresponsible. Their social responsibility scorecard requires that suppliers recognize the right to "Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining," with "no fear of reprisal" for workers. Starbucks, follow your own rules!

Brittany Harrison was retaliated against by Starbucks for exposing these comments. You can support her gofundme here!
Breaking: Starbucks reaches new low in effort to fight union. They fired our whistleblower, Brittany, for exposing Starbucks’ anti-union campaign to partners in Buffalo. We’re asking your help to support Brittany, who’s battling leukemia, during this time. gofund.me/fd937901
