But if one asked for this for poverty reduction, education, health etc etc? Crickets. They literally print this stuff. Money is always available. It’s a question of values.

Yeah so really think about that....that is how much of a danger Russia and authoritarian states are to international order.

Sounds like a nice amount, but not when you know that the Norwegian state will have 70 bn euro in extra oil revenues this year. Yes, extra, on top of already decent revenues (from taxes, ownership etc)
