Being Republican or Conservative doesn't mean you deny or support something that denies Basic Human Rights. Not to mention, his donationa ended in October of last year. Man supported the party he's followed for years and was probably ignorant of all the horrid policies they had.

Again, he could have been ignorant of their largely negative policies OR he just doesn't support those policies, but supports other policies that he thinks would help. You shouldn't shout at Scott for supporting the party he's always supported.
